High carbon steel, heated and hand-worked into the form of a fully functional set of cutlery. The steel is hand-worked to a full polish at the ends, leaving a rustic forge patina coiled finish for the handles. These are high carbon steel so are not dishwasher friendly. Please dry properly after use; we suggest regularly oiling with a food-safe oil to keep them in top condition.
